How much to ship a 24 foot boat to the big island of hawaii?
I have a 24 foot striper center console boat that i would like to have shipped to hawaii. it has a trailer and the dimensions are roughly 30X8.5 feet. it weights close to 4500lbs with the trailer. I live in central ohio. Now another thing i have been pondering, would it be possible for me to drive it with my F-150 to a port on the west coast and have the truck and boat shipped together? If so, about how much would that cost?

You will want to go to the following site:
http://www.worldclassshipping.com/ocean.html

They offer all kinds of shipping alternatives. Who knows, it may be cheap
(comparatively) to air ship the whole kit and caboodle. Take a good tour of
their site (as well as competitors) and then call customer service for rates
including taxes, tariffs and insurance.

Is there some reason you can’t just LOOK IN THE YEALLOW PAGES for SHIPPERS like DHL or FedEX or even UPS.. and talk to someone who can ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS rather than asking them on Answers in such a way we can’t give you a GUESS. That being said.. I have lived all over the world and the ONE THING I have learned over the years is NEVER SHIP ANYTHING.. you SELL it where you are.. then BUY ANOTHER ONE when you get whree you are going… and this is ESPECIALLY TRUE when it comes to BOATS and CARS and moving INTERNATIONALLY.

I can tell you for a FACT that if you ship the truck and the boat, by the time you get it all to Hawaii, you will admit it was the MOST STUPID THING you have ever done and resolve to never do it again.

Deck cargo typically is $ 1000 PER FOOT for boats.
